THE RAPTURE SERIES: Part 1

WILL YOU BE READY WHEN HE COMES?

When Jesus returns it will be the greatest event since His first coming when his own people did not recognize nor receive Him. Israel’s troubles today come from their rejection of Jesus Christ. If they ever want peace they will have to surrender to the Prince of Peace. The same with you my friend.

The prophets spoke of His first coming even prophesying His miraculous birth (Isaiah 7:14) and time of death (Daniel 9:24). Why do so many doubt? It is because they love their sin and darkness more than the Light lest their sinful deeds be exposed.

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.” (1 Corinthians 6:9-10)

In America we make gay marriage a law. In hell they rejoice because they know you cannot enter the kingdom of God with such an unholy nature. In our culture and those of other nations we celebrate couples living together out of wedlock and all kinds of sexual immorality. In heaven’s culture this sin should not even be named among the saints (Ephesians 5:3)

“For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.” v.5

Do not be deceived. Jesus is returning for a spotless bride. Have you been washed thoroughly in the Blood of the Lamb? Have you then forsaken your sinful lifestyle?

Christ is returning for a glorious Bride. I am one of many preachers that has been sent in the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare the way of the Lord and make her ready through both our speaking and writing. So many within and without the Church are not ready.

As John the Baptist came out of the religious system, so must today’s voices do the same. God said, “do not let the system touch you, or it will poison you.” There is a price that comes with obedience to that word. In that system is where much of preachers’ popularity, position, and power is. Lots of filthy lucre too. We cannot let it touch us or we will lose power with God.

The reason the church is not being thoroughly prepared for the return of Christ is because preachers are too easily bought and refuse to stand in the place John the Baptist did.

“He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice.” (John 3:29)

John was a friend of the Bridegroom and rejoiced to hear His voice and see the Bride and Bridegroom together. Today the religious system keeps them apart.

Shepherds, those sheep aren’t yours. You are a steward not the owner. Don’t keep them from being kissed by the Bridegroom. The veil is open. Let them go on in.

Prepare them for their one husband.

“For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 11:2)

The rapture of the Church is for chaste virgins, not harlots. The wedding is for friends of Jesus, not friends of the world. It is for those waiting at the altar, not wandering and clamoring for other lovers. Those who praise Him with their lips but whose hearts are far from Him won’t get in. The door will be shut (Matthew 25:10).

“Come out from among them and be ye separate” is still the call. For without holiness even those in our church systems will not be ready when the Bridegroom appears. When the midnight cry to “go ye out to meet Him!” comes, will you be ready
